黃石東貝鑄造有限公司是黃石東貝機電集團有限責任公司的骨干成員企業，公司始建于1966年，現有職工900余人，其中具備中、高級職稱的鑄造技術和質量管理專家45人。公司是集生產、銷售于一體，以冰箱、冷柜、空調壓縮機和汽車配件等鑄件為主導產品的專業鑄造企業。
     公司主導產品是冰箱壓縮機鑄件，其中為東貝壓縮機配套生產70多種鑄件�！皷|貝壓縮機”多次被海爾、海信、科龍、新飛、美菱、美的等國內知名冰箱企業評為“優秀供應商”，產品出口歐美等30多個國家和地區。同時，公司生產的冰箱壓縮機鑄件還大批量為東貝、格力凌達、瑞智集團、美芝冰壓、華意冰壓、萬寶冰壓、三電等多家國內主流冰箱壓縮機企業配套。目前公司壓縮機鑄件的市場占有率在40%以上。
      公司1995年開始進入汽車零部件（汽配）鑄件領域，先后為黃石三環離合器公司、愛思帝（重慶）驅動系統有限公司、武漢萬向汽車制動器公司、武漢元豐汽車零部件公司、江華汽車公司、博世（蘇州）汽車制動系統有限公司等顧客配套百余種汽配鑄件。生產的離合器、制動器已批量為華晨寶馬、上汽榮威、東風輕卡、神龍富康、東風標致、三菱獵豹、海南馬自達、江淮汽車、奇瑞汽車、比亞迪、長安之星、長城、吉利、五菱等名牌汽車生產廠家批量采用等名牌汽車生產廠家采用。其中標致307卡鉗體、轎車制動鼓、轉向節、浮動式三活塞制動卡鉗、HR120CY曲軸、K6C雙缸卡鉗體等六種零件先后被中國鑄造協會評為“金獎”產品。
      目前公司已擁有130B、2013MK5B、2013LP、230B各一條、兩條231B共六條丹麥DISA公司生產線和一條羅拉門第公司制造的垂直分型射砂擠壓造型線。為滿足市場需求不斷增長的需要，公司四期擴能項目于2018年10月建成投產，預計“十三五”末期，公司將形成鑄件產量過15萬噸、產值超10億元的大型鑄造企業。
      公司一貫注重管理體系的建設：2004年至2009年先后通過了ISO 9001 《質量管理體系》、ISO/TS 16949《質量管理體系》、ISO 14001《環境管理體系》、OHSAS 18001《職業健康安全管理體系》湖北省安全質量標準化體系等認證，2010年5月被中國鑄造協會授予“首屆全國鑄造行業排頭兵企業”， 2011年12月被黃石市人民政府評為“守合同重信用企業”,2013年9月公司被認定為高新技術企業,2014年被評為中國鑄造行業綜合百強企業、汽車分行業排頭兵企業。2016年被中國鑄造協會評為“AAA級信用企業”和“中國鑄造行業千家重點骨干企業”。

     Huangshi Donper Casting CO.,LTD is the key enterprise of Dongbei Mech-Electrical Group CO.LTD. The company founded in 1966, over 900 staffs and workers, among whom 45 are foundry engineering with the intermediate and senior professional tittle, and quality management professor. The company was a special foundry with producing and sale the  castings for the refrigerator ,freezer and air-conditional compressors and Auto parts.
        The main products are casting parts of compressors. We have offered over 70 kinds of casting to Huanghsi Dongbei Goup. The compressors of Dongbei have been award the excellent supplier many times by Chinese famous companies such as Haier, Hisense, Kroen, Frestech, Meiling and Midea and so so. And the products have been sold to more than 30 countries and regions in Europe and America. Meanwhile, the parts also offered to the famous compressor suppliers such as Huangshi DONPER ,LAMDA, GMCC,RECHIGROUP,HUAYICOMPRESSOR,WANBAO,
SANDEN and so on which the compressor castings of the company is account over 40% of the domestic market.
      The company entered into the Auto parts field in 1995, we offered dozens kinds of Auto castings for Huangshi Tri-ring Clutch Co.,ltd, EXEDY Chongqing Co.,ltd, Wuhan Wanxiang Auto-Brake Co.,ltd, Wuhan Yonfin Auto Parts Co.,ltd, Jianghua Automotive Co.,ltd and BOSCH Automotive Products(Suzhou) Co.,ltd, whose clutches and brakes have been chosen for use by many famous automobile companies such as BMW-Brilliance,ROEWE, Dongfeng Light Truck, Citroen, Peugeot,Mitsubishi,Hainan Mazda,JAC,Kinglong,Cherry,BYD,ChangAn Star, Grate Wall,Geely,Wuling and so on. For  the parts of Peugeot 307 Caliper, Brake drum, knuckle, three-piston Caliper and HR120CY Crankshaft， K6C two cylinder Caliper were award the “Golden Prize”by China Foundry Association.
        At present, the company has six DISA lines as 130B,2013MK5B,2013LP,230B, two 231B and one Loramendy vertical parting production line. In order to meet the customer’s growing demand, the fourth-expansion project will put into production in Oct.2018. Since then,the producing ability of the company will be over 150000 tons of castings per year and the output value will over 10 billion of major casting companies.
      The company placed great emphasis on the building of system management. Since 2004 to 2009, the company was through the management certificate of ISO 9000,ISO/TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. In 2010 May, the company was identified the Lines of business of the first national casting industries; Then, the company was identified as AA Grade Credit Enterprise , the China’s Foundry Industry 1000 Key Enterprise by China Foundry Association and the Trustworthy Enterprise by Huangshi Municipal People's Government in 2011;  In 2013,the company was awarded  the "high-tech industry; In 2014.,the company was awarded the Chinese foundry industry integrated hundred enterprises by CFA, Automotive sub-industry pacesetter company and the Advanced Foundry Association member units. In 2016,the company was awarded as an AAA grade credit enterprise by China Foundry Association.
